Ice Cream 4 The Kids

This is Gracie. She will be 4 in December. Her mother is our great niece that we raised.

This is Tristin absolutely enjoying his ice cream. He will be 4 in November.

This is Kaitlynne also enjoying her ice cream. She will be in 3rd grade when school begins again. She will be 8 in October.

This is IsaBella. She really enjoyed the ice cream as well. She turned 1 in June. She's so sweet! She smiles most of the time.

I told Barry this morning that I was gonna go over to see the grand kids tonight. He works midnights (usually 12 hours). The kids only live about 7 minutes away.

I thought it would be fun to go buy ice cream with all of the toppings and take it to them. It was!

Barry got to go. He woke up about 6:30 and we went over there about 7:00 pm. Barry loves to take pictures and since we didn't take any of the kids in about a month or so, it was way past time. He took 243 pictures tonight. I'm gonna attach some of them, cause they are so cute, at least in my opinion. We can't wait until October 8th when Hudsen La Ren will be here. She will be spoiled for sure!

One thing for sure, Amber and Chad make beautiful babies! Now do you think that I sound biased???? I AM!

It is SO fun to be a grandparent. I have so much to live for! Thank you Jesus!

Oh you certainly ARE blessed Arlene and so are those precious grandchildren of yours!
Alas, I will never be a gramma because Bernie and I were unable to have children but I just make up for it by spoiling my 27 nieces and nephews and also the Sunday School kids!
When I taught Sunday School I had the youngest ones, so if Gracie, and Tristan were here, I would have snatched them up for myself!
Sometimes I would have as many as 15 kids in my class as one of the Christian brothers would pick up a whole van full of "ruffians" from the poorer part of town...just my type of kids!!
Well here I am talking your ear off and I just thought I was coming here to check out on you, as Passing-thru had such a good post about you on the Plgrim Pals.
I wanted to write you last evening but I fell fast asleep at about 6:30 and didn't wake up until about 4 this morning!!
Well I am so glad that you are feeling well enough to have all those kids and filling them all with ice cream!!!Love Terry

These are great pictures - you can never take too many, it's better to delete the clinkers then miss a good shot.
Terry, you remind me of our Pastors wife. They didn't have any children of their own - just hundreds that belonged to everyone else! I think there was too much love to just give to one or two children - just like you!!

Terry, we definitely are blessed. They are so fun. I totally understand about loving kids. I didn't get married until I was nearly 28 and so I always had kids with me, they were older though. Mostly the teens. It was fun and I always enjoyed it. Yep, Tristin is so full of energy and he's got one of the best personalities you've ever seen. He makes you laugh and laugh. He must take after my dad...he has such a dry sense of humor. Thank you for caring and praying for me and please don't stop. Love you! Thank you also for Pilgrim Pals and all of the people that have prayed for me.

Pat, you know Barry, he can never take too many pictures. Fortunately, we have digital cause as many as he takes I don't think we could afford to have them printed, nor have the room to store them. Love you!

Dear Arlene,
It's time for be to go to bed, and I thought I would check up on you, just to see how things were going.
What a great family, happy children, loving and caring adults, just like it always should be.
Well, you seem to be by good mood and have so much to fight and live for.
I'll thank for the good days and pray for you as I always do.
